# Intelligent Arbitrage Engine

### The Intelligence Behind ARBYDEX

ARBYDEX is built around an Intelligent Arbitrage Engine designed to identify, evaluate, and execute qualified arbitrage opportunities across decentralized markets.

Instead of relying on a simple trading bot, ARBYDEX combines multiple intelligence layers into a coordinated execution system.

The engine continuously evaluates market conditions before deciding whether an opportunity is suitable for execution.

#### Core Process

```
DISCOVER
   ↓
ANALYZE
   ↓
VALIDATE
   ↓
EXECUTE
   ↓
MONITOR
   ↓
LEARN
```

Each stage contributes to the decision making process.

The system is designed to evaluate liquidity, profitability, execution conditions, market risk, and transaction conditions before an opportunity reaches the execution stage.

#### Intelligence Before Execution

The core principle of ARBYDEX is simple:

> **Intelligence Before Execution.**

An opportunity is not considered ready simply because a price difference exists.

The engine evaluates whether the opportunity can potentially remain viable after relevant execution costs, liquidity conditions, market movement, and transaction risks are considered.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://arbydex.gitbook.io/arbydex/arbydex-technology/intelligent-arbitrage-engine.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
