# Withdraw

#### Moving Assets From Your Trading Balance To Your Wallet

ARBYDEX separates certain balances within the platform.

Before making an external withdrawal, funds that are available for withdrawal may first need to be transferred into the Wallet Balance.

#### Step 1

Open the **Wallet** menu.

Review:

**Trading Balance**

**Bonus Balance**

**Available to Withdraw**

#### Step 2

Select **Transfer**.

Enter the amount you want to transfer.

Select the source balance:

**Trading Balance**

or

**Bonus Balance**

Then select **Preview Transfer**.

#### Step 3

Review the transfer details.

Use **Swipe to Confirm**.

Enter your Security PIN to authorize the transfer.

Wait until the transfer status shows **Complete**.

#### Step 4

Once the funds appear in your **Wallet Balance**, they can be withdrawn to an external wallet.

#### Step 5

Select **Send**.

Enter:

**Recipient Wallet Address**

**Amount**

Review the transaction details carefully.

#### Step 6

Use **Swipe to Confirm**.

Enter your Security PIN.

Wait until the transaction status shows **Confirmed**.

#### Step 7

Verify Your Transaction

You can check the destination wallet directly or verify the transaction through a BNB Smart Chain blockchain explorer.

#### ⚠️ Important

**Sending the wrong token or using a different network may result in the permanent loss of your funds.**

Always double check the recipient address, asset, network, and amount before confirming your transaction.
